I'm currently involved in a lawsuit against amazon that is being forced through arbitration. It's been 3 years since the process started for me with no end in site because there are 50,000 others in queue to arbitrate the same claims. This is why they do it and it is unfortunately enforceable.

This has been a thing since before smartphones and the U2 stunt though. The PC manufacturers started doing it back in the early 2000s.

I went 5 for 5 but if I hadn't known that one picture was AI each time and had just seen these pictures through normal means on the web I seriously doubt I would have even considered they could be fake
