Probably Cloud Atlas

It was a commercial failure so it's usually one that people haven't already seen.

Talented cast and directors passionate about the project.

It's extremely divisive, most people either love it or think it was a waste of time.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm not a fan.

Have trouble finding motivation to get out of bed. Having early sun is a huge help in summer and there's not much I do in the evenings that would be improved by sun there

I'll have to dig up some older ones...

The rates have gone down and lots of people have moved to vaping as others have mentioned.

My take is that while it's prohibited in many areas the enforcement is shocking.

I attend a hospital outpatient clinic at least 6 visits per year (usually more for scans and stuff). It's prohibited on the hospital campus and has been for ages. Signs everywhere.

Don't think I've ever been in the last 10 years and not seen someone smoking.

Similar enforcement in city malls and other areas where it's prohibited. People only care if it's inside

The sensors allow better control and management of diabetes.

People with proper diabetic control are less likely to require hospitalisation or other costly treatment for all the bad stuff associated with poor sugar control.

Totally agree that you shouldn't drive if you aren't in control of sugar levels but disagree on sensors not being healthcare.

Can't speak to the circumstances of this individual but for myself yes, if my monthly medical costs were comparable to the costs of owning and operating a vehicle that would be a huge improvement.

Glad you support Universal health care friend 🙂

With modern glucose monitoring it's graphed and generally very predictable.

Quick glance at the phone before driving to know that the sugars are doing and correct if needed.

Unfortunately it's not subsidised for all insulin dependent diabetics, just type 1s.

The sensors I use are around 100 each and last two weeks.

That's always been my take. That way if they want a pay rise just improve things for everyone and they get one

I'm all for it but wish that more drugs were on it. Some of my meds are there but some aren't. So it'll still be monthly visits to the pharmacy for those things.

Oh well, baby steps

As someone who hits the PBS safety net yearly I couldn't agree more.

Being able to afford the healthcare to not die is an underappreciated thing.

Thanks to all those who work in healthcare and all those who make it possible
