I recently read an article but I don't know where. It states to make a list of things that you would LIKE to accomplish in the day. Put simple stuff and bigger stuff too. Make sure you can actually cross a few off, like get out of bed, brush teeth, etc. Then at the end of the day, throw the list away. The stuff you didn't get done doesn't have to be done the next day. So you remove the pressure of not getting things done on your list, but you can still use a list to keep track and have a loose schedule.,

Star Trek is my go to. I cycle through all of the different shows. Such comfort.
