Honest question, what inalienable rights are being taken away?

Oh good! Japanese restaurants are often a crapshoot for vegan options, I was concerned how well I'd eat when I one day visit the actual country.

Oh god I want to gift ALL OF MY NEIGHBOURS BATTERY LEAF BLOWERS. I bought one, it's amazing, and we're about to go into autumn 🤢

I don't care much about the supposed fidelity, but having a group of mates around each pick an album from my stack is a lot of fun.

It stops people from focusing too hard on the music and going "oh wait lemme queue up this track" etc.

Are you guys just generating insanely difficult code? I feel like 90% of all my code generation with o1 works first time? And if it doesn't, I just let GPT know and it fixes it right then and there?

India and China look to wealthy western nations that cluck their tongues: "only WE can destroy the planet to take our citizens out of poverty".

When in reality, we should be giving a massive portion of our budget to help them grow in a carbon neutral way.

I'd happily pay an extra 20% in my annual tax to help fund rising nations grow in a healthy manner.

Had no idea what this was before watching it, became my favourite movie of the year, what a treat of a film.

You know if we all stopped eating the cows in the top right of the picture, 75% of all land used for agriculture is returned to us. The majority of crops grown are used to feed cows.

Yeah that's why I mentioned it's data for seppos only. In a quick search, I found a newspaper article from 1927 suggesting outrage at nude swimming, although it seems to be in a mixed gender pool.

Hmm, I was partially correct, nude swimming for MEN was common until ~1970, and was rare for women. Bearing in mind this is data for seppos.

Man, back in the 50s or whatever, going to the pool nude was just the norm. Why can't we just swim in the nude if we want?

That anaesthesia policy was completely misread by us lefties. From what I understand, some anaesthesiologists (the highest paid professions in the world) were deliberately inflating the numbers on certain procedures to get more money from the patient and their insurances.

Doctors reports of procedure length weren't matching up with the anaesthesiologists, and the new limits were apparently well within expected procedure ranges. It had caveats for if the doctor reported that the procedure ran long, so patients wouldn't get stung by complications.

The only people that won was the anaesthesiologists and their (now E en moreso) enormous payslips.
