These decisions usually hint that an insurance provider is facing challenges, but the company's 2023 net income jumped over 100% year-over-year to $1.2 billion

Was a lot less of an issue with lightning than with other connectors, but I realize that people hate the lightning for some reason.

Hexbear is the opposite of progressive. It’s absolutely chock full of hatred of tons of groups. And they just make up shit instead of caring about facts.

LLMs have been shown to have emergent math capabilities (that are the opposite of what is trained) so you’re simplifying way too much. Yes a lot is just “predictive text” but there’s a ton of “this was not the training and we don’t know how it knows this” as well.

Synology was terrible for me. Unraid is where it’s at. I don’t really ever mess with it anymore. Also Plex was horrendous for uptime too. I use jellyfin.

I was getting 20ms latency on starlink in the Rockies last week while my coworker in Utah on fiber was getting 50ms. So yeah the provider really really matters lol.

You joke, but GitHub advanced security does this and more. On top of the AI component, they check the hash of all things that look like an api key and then also check them against their integrated vendors to see if they’re non-expired. I don’t know how well it works, but they claim like a .1% false positive rate or something like that.

These companies still don’t understand why Nintendo has such a strangle on the handheld market. No one playing on handheld cares about performance benchmarks. They care if the game works and is fun. And they care about a good user experience.

Valve nailed it with proton, so that’s why Linux gaining is increasing so quickly. If you force Windows, it doesn’t matter if you get a hundred more frames a second. You’re gonna have a shitty user experience.

Dogs have a much shorter digestive tract. So things that have been sitting out and have parasites in them have a much smaller chance of making a dog sick than they do humans. This is why dogs can eat most raw meats without getting sick, while humans need special preparation for raw meats to make sure parasites aren’t in them.
