No, but seriously, half of my research time is wasted on renaming downloaded files. (Yeah, I know, there's reference management software but people use different ones, so sharing papers or storing tgem for easy access is still dependent on properly named files.)

Yes! The soundtrack was fire! Loved the movie, too. Never knew it is considered a flop.

I think it would be less common if people accepted that monogamy is not the norm. Just be honest with yourself and your partner(s). If you want a monogamous relationship - commit to it. If not - don't start one. I found out that I am polyamorous the hard way by thinking I am some kind of monster because I couldn't just be with one partner. I did not cheat but kind of always had other love interests. Fortunately, my partner of 20+ years now was able to accept this as part of me. And now there is no risk of cheating for either of us because we can just be honest if there is someone else. It doesn't change my love for him, it even made our bond stronger because it needs even more loyalty and acceptance of the needs of your partner to let them be.

If science is too woke for you you better check your reality.

Ryan started A New Social https://www.anew.social/ that seems to aim at exactly this. So, maybe you could reach out and see if you could help there?

Interesting. I've just read about https://se-bridge.org/ the other day. Maybe you can join forces or collab or just learn from each other.

Thank you, I was going to say the same. The post's headline is quite misleading about what the review actually found. Also, it included only three epidemiological studies (humans) and 27 animal studies. The two human studies that were on reproductive outcomes included only 40 and 43 pregnant women, respectively. This is way too few to draw definitive conclusions.

It is clearly a tweet. It even says twitter web client on there.

Not a single person in this thread who says Hitler? Kind of disturbing tbh.

Why is the OP's handle blurred out in the screenshot.

It denotes all genders not only male and female by using the asterisk as a wildcard for everything that could be in between the ends of the spectrum from male (Kassierer) to female (Kassiererin).

Hey... I've updated Voyager to the newest version (1.18.0 on android) but now I have masses of posts in my Home tab from communities I don't subscribe to. How is that even possible? Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix?

EDIT: Okay, thx everyone! Then this might again be a problem with discuss.online.

"According to an August 29 news release by Human Rights Watch, a civil rights non-governmental organization based in New York City, 54-year-old retired Saudi teacher Muhammad al-Ghamdi was sentenced to death this year by a Saudi court on a series of charges related to his online political activism. [...] Al-Ghamdi's trial judgment claims he used his accounts on the Musk-owned platform X, formerly Twitter, as well as the Google-owned YouTube to commit his alleged crimes. [...] Musk's silence is particularly jarring given his self-professed commitment to free speech, which he often expresses in critiques of the U.S. government and institutions as complicit in an Orwellian plot to restrict free speech. [...] Some online have alleged his reluctance to wade into al-Ghamdi's case could stem from his close and long-standing financial connections to the Saudi royal family."

Wie ein Blurb sagt: "An expansive look at how social platforms have radically altered literally every aspect of our lives."
