Well to be precise?

  • How does one install it?
  • What is the difference between a hypervisor/openstack/a container service (podman, docker)?
  • Should I go with Proxmox/Debian/some other distro?
  • I already installed Flatcar Linux, is this also suitable?

If we copied/moved our planet and us as we are now back in time that far away, what would happen?

Could we survive, or are we bombarded to death by something, or something else?

Trying to measure my roleplaying (non-human) character's weight, lol

I've seen some posts about tipping landlords. I don't understand, is that really a thing? And if yes, how is it justified?

Thank you in advance.

I believe the density chances quickly to match Earth's pressure.

But what else? Will it release energy enough to blow Earth up? Will its mass create some kind of an apocalyptical event?

Are we celebrating the defeat of terrorists or are we remembering why Guy Fawkes and company wanted ro blow up Parliament in the first place? I'm American and, frankly, I'm confused by the whole thing.

So I've looked at like three different articles and videos about it, but I still don't get how a fridge/freezer-based icemaker works. I want this mystery out of my life. :(

Attached: 1 image THREAD: I made a series of images for an Instagram post I made about migrating to the fediverse. I figured I'd share with anyone else who wants to use, so I included some blank template versions too. DM if you'd like the Adobe Illustrator file so you can make your own edits. And please, comment if I got anything wrong so I can correct it. (1/10) #InstagramMigration #TwitterMigration #Fediverse #feditips #RedditMigration #Migration #Decentralization #Instagram #Mastodon

For example if someone creates something new that is horrible for humans, how will AI understand that it is bad if it doesn't have other horrible things to relate it with?

How do I post something here, and that posts in my mastodon page?

ELI5 the Fediverse (kbin.social)

I get it's like an aggregate of sites, but is it like it's own network kind of thing, where each site pulls from each other, or more like each site is a home, with windows to see into the other homes? and is it exclusive to just social media, or are there other uses for it?

I wanted to post this here since I want to help as much as I can in my own way to people coming here for the first time. I hope it is useful and helpful! I tried to assume low knowledge with the Fediverse in my responses which I collected here from a different post and assembled into a single article....
