Yeah, "How are your spoons?" is a common phrase in my friend group anymore for that exact reason. Personally, I've also used battery analogies, like being "low battery."

What was it like? Looks like the kind of place that was absolutely buzzing with activity; chaotic, but in a good way.
Honestly? Mcdonalds. They're (reasonably) cheap, pretty consistent, and still decent enough that I think "Yeah, I didn't mind spending two bucks on that."
Like it's not the best food ever or anything, but if I ever want a super quick breakfast or kinda crappy burger and don't feel like making one myself, then I just hit up the nearest Mcdonalds.

It's more fun, and mostly harmless, to believe these kinds of little stories happened. Life's more interesting that way.
