In the credits of the latest Fairphone video, they mentioned FP5 being one of the phones that the video was shot on. I also think the video where the CEO thanked the community showed the FP5 on the table. What do you guys think?

Just noticed a funny bug, if I place my phone (FP4) on my work badge, it buzzes and then reboots to some "can't boot android, do you want to factory reset? y/n" screen. Anyone else seen this problem? Is it a feature maybe?

I just opened a map and it's off by >45° again. Doing a calibration makes it a good bit better but still quite jerky and rotating the device 90° (i.e. using a wall for reference) still does not result in a 90° turn in the compass.

Does anyone else experience this? Please include the ROM and version used.

Edit: Should have mentioned this is a FP4. Other FPs are entirely different hardware.

Fairphone is unique in the world of smartphones. It's pretty much the only company trying to build a sustainable device that isn't glued together and hostile to the repair community. Today, Fairphone is announcing a brand-new flagship: the Fairphone 4, which brings an updated design and better specs while still shipping with all the modularity you would expect.
