lolwat. can you explain the reasoning in your second paragraph?
Also I'm not sure that your definition of Enshittification is correct.

USB 2, therefore no external monitor.
If they make 6+ (like there was 3+) with USB 3, then I will consider getting it.

there was this satirical "web browsing simulator 2025" or something like that where you had to do all those things.
but I don't remember the exact name and can't find it with a search engine. Maybe someone else knows what I am talking about.

I'm not going to replace a whole ing OS just to get a camera to work. Is deep-level OS tweaking the only way to get the proper image data from the camera sensor?

My first Android phone was Motorola Dext, second one was HTC Desire Z, which I held on to for a long time. By the time I had to replace it, there were no slide-out keyboard phones any more.
Then some time later F(x)tek X1 Pro was released. Looked like a perfect phone for me, but was too expensive, so I did not get it. But now that it's time is over as well, I look at the reviews and see that I did not miss much.
So now I am sadly on a glassy rectangle like everyone else, but I do carry a collapsable bluetooth keyboard around with me sometimes, so that I can still type some longer text in a proper way.

Also, I solved my no-headphone-jack issue by getting USB-C headphones. And there are USB-C to 3.5 jack adapters if you need to connect existing headphones or other equipment. So I don't really get how this "I miss a hole" is everywhere and lasts for so long.

I took this image with FairPhone 4, running LineageOS 22, using the default camera app.

Tried playing around with some other camera apps from F-Droid, but all of them make pretty much same pixelated mess as the default.
No idea what the reason for this is. Is the camera sensor on phone actually decent, but then some algos in camera app fail to optimise things or something?
No idea, but I am quite often ashamed of sharing pictures with other people.

Luckily I am a kind of person who takes more "utility" type of pictures. Markings on devices and other kind of informative stuff.
If taking pictures of beautiful views and social events was important to me, I would probably not be using FairPhone 4. I would want to use it, but with the current state of camera on de-Googled phone, for artistic purposes, I could not.

He directed and programmed The Elder Scrolls: Arena. For the spectacular sequel, The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall, he programmed, designed, and led the overall project. He worked in various roles on spinoff projects Battlespire and Redguard, as well as the absolutely timeless third mainline title, Morrowind.

For decades, fans have praised him as 'The Father of The Elder Scrolls'. Yesterday, the irreplaceable Julian LeFay passed away at the too-young age of 59.

Farewell To A Legend

In 2019, LeFay co-created OnceLost Games alongside fellow former Bethesda developers Ted Peterson Vijay Lakshman. LeFay had been directing an upcoming spiritual successor to Daggerfall, The Wayward Realms. Six days ago, producer Victor Villareal released a video revealing that LeFay had recently departed OnceLost Games due to a terminal cancer diagnosis.

The video, which included a touching statement from Peterson, explained that LeFay was stepping down from game development altogether in order to spend what time he had left with his loved ones. In a cruel twist that will leave so many of us reeling for years to come, Julian LeFay passed away just five days later.

The complaint alleges that the sorts of hours Scott says he's often dedicated to the campaign "far [exceed] any reasonable volunteer threshold".

lol, those arbiters of reason want to talk about what is the threshold of reasonable?

There is a project called Example Suite, which is meant to be a CC0 template for building other games upon it.
But I am not aware of any other from-scratch games made for OpenMW. There are quite a few total conversions, but those all use some of Morrowind game files.
