Lets get cooking. What other semi passive income streams do you have that you realized were easy to scale in your area?

I personally own an ebike rental. I own around 6 "radrunner" bikes which are semi fatbikes.

Business was cheap to insure and you can ask an easy thirty to forty for each customer. It helps to boost the business by posting discounts on Groupon.

If you go to any ebike dealer ask them and you will see they are more than willing to work out a good deal when you grab a couple bikes.

Its a great income option if you live near some nature thats not mostly hills. I have months I make over 6K just on the bikes alone.

What do you do with your free time?

I know we all have some crazy stories. Batshit insane hoarders, ratchet junks stealing copper wiring etc etc

Honestly how hard is it to keep white walls white? Or keep my expensive wooden boarded floors looking good. It seems like some renters tend to forget its also an investment vehicle for us, not just a free ride.

Also did anyone else notice renters are really bad at cleaning stains out of a toilet? I usually replace the whole thing when they move out with another toilet.

I am pretty scared TBH, I own a unitin a condo and am renting it out. I have heard so many horror stories. Hopefully it will go well.

In my opinion any kind of threat towards landlords should be punished as bad as treason. These kind of people try to destroy the value any landlord adds.

ALWAYS keep a seperate set of keys so you can check on your property when they are out for their job. (Rule 1 is never renting to the unemployed).

I can't tell if you're joking or if this community is really pro-landlord.

Seeing the hate landlords tend to receive online, some landlord friendly users have decided to create this community. This community's intent is to appreciate the essential role of landlords in society as they provide working class people housing only to be insulted and bullied online. This is a place for landlords to have fun, share memes and share their experiences with terrible tenants.
