Its a waste of water and clogs up pipes its pretty simple. People who care about nature dont use garbage disposals.

The original concept of Uber was ride-sharing, where it would match up riders going to a similar destination, like the airport. But I haven’t seen that option pop up in quite a while.

Wrong, it started as "Ubercab" and you could request a black luxury cab. It eventually turned into the app we have now with people trying to make ends meet. It was and is a taxi service.

Straight from Wikipedia.

Yall noticed how little anti vape messages and those "kid died of a thc vape news article" we have been seeing since flavored vapes got banned? Seems like big tobacco won.

Whats the actual worth of a competent CEO? Do you think you can calculate his value after reading two articles and some arbitrary numbers?

I know I am stupid but not that stupid to think I can judge a persons salary within minutes.

He got that psycho neckbeard look. At least now we know what kind of people hate landlords.

Take a another look with an advisor in whatever country you are at. Its usually much easier to get a property second time around. Im not aware of your local laws and how banks can refinance you but there should be possibilities. Its good to spread risk. I used to have one property and it brought me stress knowing one single bad tenant could financially ruin me.

It’s a loose dress. How is a generic loose dress preventing people from integrating? My american grandma has dresses like this

I think its the headscarf thingy most people have a problem with. Nobody cares about the dress part. But you likely knew that already.

I dont care either way about the subject at hand (Not Canadian) but it would be nice if we could leave these bad faith arguments on Reddit so nobody wastes their time arguing about nonsense if its a dress or a burka.

Lets get cooking. What other semi passive income streams do you have that you realized were easy to scale in your area?

I personally own an ebike rental. I own around 6 "radrunner" bikes which are semi fatbikes.

Business was cheap to insure and you can ask an easy thirty to forty for each customer. It helps to boost the business by posting discounts on Groupon.

If you go to any ebike dealer ask them and you will see they are more than willing to work out a good deal when you grab a couple bikes.

Its a great income option if you live near some nature thats not mostly hills. I have months I make over 6K just on the bikes alone.

What do you do with your free time?

I know we all have some crazy stories. Batshit insane hoarders, ratchet junks stealing copper wiring etc etc

Honestly how hard is it to keep white walls white? Or keep my expensive wooden boarded floors looking good. It seems like some renters tend to forget its also an investment vehicle for us, not just a free ride.

Also did anyone else notice renters are really bad at cleaning stains out of a toilet? I usually replace the whole thing when they move out with another toilet.

In my opinion any kind of threat towards landlords should be punished as bad as treason. These kind of people try to destroy the value any landlord adds.

ALWAYS keep a seperate set of keys so you can check on your property when they are out for their job. (Rule 1 is never renting to the unemployed).
