Sounds a bit like Stardew Valley?
Rimworld comes to mind as well, pretty much any colony management or "life sim" style game.
Applies equally to Frostpunk.. hmm..
Frostpunk isn't really good for my anxiety ^^
Timers are really bad for anxiety.
