Ya, but it's almost a meaningless title at this point. Can you name any true moderate right-winger at any level currently?
Sure. They're all Democrats.
I think they get bounced out in the citizens united™️ primaries of the don't toe the line.
He was a way back architect of the far right movement though. He was never moderate in any way shape or form.
