What a stupid thing to say. It's illegal to murder anyone regardless of immigration status.
But I guess the guy who thinks he should be able to own an RPG isn't really that thoughtful about the nuance of law.
Do you honestly think people go around holding up convenience stores with RPGs?
You can own an rpg under federal law. So if he thinks that, he’s correct.
You specialize in taking the smallest distraction you can to derail a discussion.
I could equally say that you're free to own a machine gun in this country even though they're practically impossible to get (just like true grenades used in an RPG). And you may notice how I used the word "should."
You also may have noticed my actual point though that everyone has rights in the US regardless of immigration status, as they are granted through the Constitution and affirmed through libraries of case law. BUT LOOK OVER THERE!!!!!!
You made a false claim.
Owning a machine gun isn't hard. You just fill out the forms and wait for the background check. It isn't practically impossible unless you have a criminal history.
The word should is a silly word to use. You can legally own one in this country. How often do you hear of an RPG being used in a crime, and they legal to own.
Maybe instead of trying to make personal attacks against someone, focus on the topic.
