Where is this?
This is in Strasbourg, France.
The rolling stock depicted here is the Eurotram built by ABB/Bombardier, delivered to the city between 1994 and 2000.
Not so “nowadays” ironically :)
And from close up you can definitely see that they have some miles on the odometer.
It is the Eurotram at Strasbourg
