First of all, this should have been s gif, you have deprived us of seconds of opportunity joy!

Second of all, save on wood by telling the new guy to sit in it and antivibrate.
(But do not film, I wanna see one of those videos.)

Third of all - you have a pair of square steel nuts, hehehe (cubed screw heads doesn't sound right/poetic enough).
