Just dont accidentally get ur cutting fluid on the boards it will cause them to be extra frictiony and well now u have an industrial vibrator

I sprayed in some coolant and they didn't seem to stick any more then before, they just rock back and forth

Modulating your feed and speed helps, can find a sweet spot, cutting depth right? is this a very hard material or something.

Second of all, save on wood by telling the new guy to sit in it and antivibrate.

Third of all - you have a pair of square steel nuts, hehehe (cubed screw heads doesn't sound right/poetic enough).
