This is really funny. I assume those people had a good laugh? But why did nobody tell you?

Not sure why nobody mentioned it, but use GPT or whatever you like to create code for you and explain everything. It is like talking to someone with some experience. Not everything is perfectly correct etc. if you get into more complicated stuff but you will certainly learn a lot and fast. The learning curve got a lot flatter with these tools.

Who could have thought. But really, faking someones voice and in the future even a video call is a big issue for almost everyone. You need to have some sort of code word and/or pay a lot of attention to pronunciation and which words are used. The transition phase is going to be wild.

I know, don't worry. I just hate humanity for these shitty things.

WiFi is enough to do that, no need for Internet? Unless you need to know that while away...? But a simple timer (analog or digital) would also be 95 % as accurate. Not like the program runs 30 minutes too long.

Then return it. Only reasonable option there is once you actually bought it.

Why is you washing machine connected to anything to begin with? If you do not want that, you do not enable it.

There are no essential ingredients in water. There is usually so little in water that you can compare a liter water to a small piece of beard. Also note that in some areas the water is naturally extremely soft.

Why do people need to be so stupid...

Why is"demineralized" water not safe? How is it demineralized?

Have you thought about getting a water filter for your water supply? Reverse osmosis or ion exchange.

In "Dodger" by Terry Pratchett: Why does Dodger scratch "Kaspar" in the carriage of the embassy before setting everything on fire? There is no character I know with that name and if he just randomly picks a German(?) name, why should it remind anyone of him then?
