Isekai'd hero doesn't care about saving the world. He only wants to commit suicide with his lover in his first life that he suspects has also been isekai'd to the same world.
Things turn out okay, despite his best efforts to kill himself, e.g. He poisons himself with the intent to commit suicide, but he can't die, so his blood becomes poison to enemies who attack him (paraphrased from a MAL review)
It's a comedy.
It doesn't sound like the strongest concept, but 10 volumes of manga and still going...
Positive MAL reviewers say to read until the 7-8th chapter when the writing kicks in.
