No he means ammonium nitrate. It’s used as a fertilizer and when mixed with a fuel it becomes ANFO which is the explosive that McVeigh used in Oklahoma City.
Not a clue, the people who told me about this system weren't allowed to tell me any details.
You are right. Fertilizer is a big boom when mixed with the right stuff.
