This is standard operating procedure for the CIA along with the world bank. Read “Confessions of an Economic Hitman” for more detail on this, which is, IMO, actually what our CIA has done all around the world.

This is actually what most CIA agents are doing. They work for America ™️

I can't believe you would blame the CIA for problems in Kenya.

I'm pretty sure notable CIA alumni even tried to promote Kenyan tourism.
