Had some Pesto left over from dinner, decided to try an old tiktok trend. You just coat a frying pan with pesto, and on a medium low heat just crack some eggs into it and fry them in the pesto. Super easy and super tasty!

That looks amazing! ...aside from the raw yolks ;) (Am I the only person in the universe that's repulsed by runny egg yolks??)

Raw eggs are certified as safe to eat in the UK. They previously weren't recommended for immunocompromised or pregnant people but now they're certified as safe for all.
