This is a place to talk all about Skyrim Mods!

- There are tons of NSFW Mods, but some people browse at work or around family and friends, they don't want to see your Khajiit titty mod!
4 | Memes are allowed on Thursdays, just keep them focused on Skyrim Modding!
- Sometimes we just need a break from dealing with our mod lists!
5 | English Only.
- Other languages makes it much more difficult to moderate.

I think the popular AI overhauls might allow the NPC characters to do that, at least AI Overhaul (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21654) says that it gives AI weather behavior, so maybe that could help you!
Oooooh, interesting point. I need to take a closer look at what AI Overhaul does!
