MODERATORS
The sensory overload I get every time I visit a Japanese website. Rakuten legitimately made me tear up in terror the first time I had to use it, I don't even wanna know what working the backend entails.
I tried to unsubscribe from a mailing list and they had the audacity to reply to me and say "you cannot unsubscribe from this method" (there was no other listed method) immediate block list in email.
