Nov 2023 I signed up for a $34/30gb plan
June my bill was 39.55
July 42.94
Aug 42.94
Sept 42.94
Oct 48.59
I also noticed I was being charged $3 month for 3G service
Aug my phone died and got a new one, enabled WiFi calling and made it not use 3g, I am STILL getting charged for 3G service and I don't use it.

Companies are secretly increasing prices and NOT telling the customers

This directly contravenes the Wireless Code. Koodo pulled this shit on me around August and I complained, citing the wireless code. They immediately put me back to me old pricing (33.90/month) and upgraded my data. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

So I called in

They told me that there are NO CONTRACTS at koodo and because they do not offer the plan means they can do what they want to your bill.

I had to go onto self serve to change my plan to get the same prices I was paying before...

FUCK CANADA AND THE BIG 3

Oh and my brother who has the same plan did NOT get a price increase. But my mom did as did I. We all live in the same house...
