Cuisine of the month:
It's a turban squash and is probably something like 10" wide. I tried cutting it into cubes and peeling, which I should know is futile with most squash but gat damn the skin is THICKKKKKK. So I gave up and am roasting because it would probably take me 2 hours to do it the hard way.
Gonna put it in some Thai curry with spinach, Tofu, and avocado.
