They're making weird threats to acquire them, they would never have enough time to refine them. Zelensky was making creepy references to emergency measures implied to have already been discussed with the west. It didn't seem like him making it public pleased them one bit. Maybe in Ukrainian imagination a freak nuke launched from one of their missiles would be really devastating, but it seems like a weird threat to NATO.
