We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. We are interested in promoting conservatism and discussing things that might get ignored elsewhere. All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.

Dissent is allowed in the comments, but try to be constructive; if you do not agree, then provide a reason which is backed up by references or a reasonable alternative interpretation of the provided facts. For the record, I support abortion rights. It does make me a public outlier in the conservative community. In private, many conservatives support abortion rights. We can tell by when it goes up for a vote, even in red states, it wins by a larger majority than just if the Democrats voted for it.
I thought this would be the issue that caused the Republicans to lose the election, and I was shocked when it didn't.
Congress, over the last 50 years, could have created a law to protect abortion rights, but they didn't. That is where the angst should be with Congress for failing to do their job.
