One pet peeve that gets to me is something that's done on a lot of commuter railways and S-Bahns, the 10/20 minute schedule. The schedule looks like:

2:10
2:20
2:40
2:50
3:10

etc, when it should be like this:

2:10
2:25
2:40
2:55
3:10

This minimizes waiting and allows for frequent service every 15 minutes.

London underground is just thoroughly unpleasant all the time but that's more the fault of capitalism forcing pointless commuting to pointless offices where we pretend to work.

UK bus system is a disaster.

Train toilets are always out of order when i need them

It's nuts to see double decker buses with only one door in use in urban service in the UK. Maggie "Milk Snatcher" Thatcher is responsible for the atrocious state of buses in the UK. If you want to get mad look at Sheffield before her bus privatization. Even the US is better- the bus services are public here and there is no capitalist middleman.
