This is China's best move.
Part of the cope I have read is that Trump is just announcing bullshit so that he can force people to negotiate and thereby get the actual deal, this is all just a theatric preamble.
Instead of allowing that China should just say "yeah? Okay we will eat your lunch while you're trying to get us to sit down at the negotiation table."
Honestly it’s possible that it’s mostly posturing. He also said a bunch of shit last time and didn’t really deliver most of it.
Even if China knows its posturing they should take it at face value if it results in shit negatively impacting the US empire and the Trump regime. Petulant shitters deserve it.
