literal just basic level empathy. imagine if you were an ultra wealthy CEO whose wealth was entirely gotten by denying healthcare to sick people and condemning them to death, and you got shot. how would you feel then?? not so funny anymore now is it?

The really heartwarming thing about the public response was that they enthusiastically support this murder, not because they hated the shootee personally by name, but because they feel it's a justified killing based solely on his job description.
