Summary

A body was found in the wheel well of a United Airlines Boeing 787-10 upon its arrival in Maui from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport on Dec. 24.

The deceased person’s identity and how they accessed the wheel well, which is only reachable from outside the plane, remain unknown.

The aircraft had previously flown from Sao Paulo to Chicago before continuing to Maui.

United Airlines and Maui Police are investigating the incident. No further details have been released as the story develops.

There are 113 known cases, and there's a 76% fatality rate.

So at least 27 crazy motherfuckers have survived this? Likely induced hypoxia and worn a few extra layers to escape whatever hell they were in back home and take a gamble on odds worse than betting on black at a roulette wheel? Dayyuummmm i mean maybe if the others bought a hart or milwaukee battery heated coat and taken a tank of oxygen the odds would double in their favor?
