There are 2 kinds of PNW driver.

The first drives like they think they are VIP and you're just an obstacle.

The second waves you through a 4-way stop, even though they arrived first.

Both of these drivers will leave their headlights off on the rainiest, most overcast day.

Meanwhile, in Texas, people sit at stop signs to play on their phones. Once they notice you they wave you through.
