LMAO it's insane how awful Twitter is now, it's hard to believe that they just turned it into another boomer Facebook hell
The replies are all filled with bots, I swear I saw one that said something along the lines of "I'm not sure I understand, could you clarify?" But in LLM speak. And his fanboys have the gall to say the site is "better" lmao
Reddit is just as bad, ever since Harris started campaigning Reddit has been getting worse and worse with all the obvious bots. But the AI summary twitter accounts on every post are also really bad. There's a "fact checker" AI twitter account that gets almost every "fact check" wrong, because the LLM model's knowledge base hasn't been updated yet. Unfortunately I am still stuck using these terrible websites (and fucking telegram, Christ that one is awful) to get primary news sources.
It was bad before I left. 2 yearsish ago. God I can't imagine what a cesspool it's become now lol
