Of course! The main ones are

!movies@lemm.ee for movies
!showsandmovies@lemm.ee for TV shows

For the other ones

!movies@lemmy.world is kept alive by one person that really doesn't want to switch to the lemm.ee version
!moviesandtv@lemm.ee has a powertripping mod. I requested the community to the lemm.ee admin this week to lock it down (the mod hasn't been active for a few weeks now).

There are specific shows communities too, they are listed on the pinned post of !showsandmovies@lemm.ee

Edit: and then there is !animation@lemm.ee, for animation. But you can post those on !movies@lemm.ee as well, it's fine.
