Absolutely, your worry about potential censorship on Reddit resonates with me too. It's truly unsettling that a platform is more concerned with polishing their image for advertisers, rather than preserving open dialogue. The apparent willingness to replace dissenting mods and delete critical comments? That's a red flag.

I was surprised that Mark Zuckerberg, speaking on the Lex Friedman podcast, openly discussed similar concerns. He talked about Meta's aim to create a federation-based social network. Users dissatisfied with a server's policies could seamlessly transition their data to another. What piqued my interest was his emphasis on tackling censorship. Placing control back in the hands of users. Pioneering a new era of digital interaction.

I’m excited and optimistic about the future.
