I'm honestly excited to see Marc back on top. He seemed so happy on the podium in Thailand, like he finally felt like he was where he wanted to be. I was torn last season between knowing he'd do well there and feeling like Jorge got the shaft.
And then yesterday he broke his own 11 year old lap record — clearly Ducati made the right decision.
I dont think we are at that stage yet. It's so early. Can't deny that he does seem to be as strong as ever though!
True, there's a long time left for upsets to happen.
I've only been watching the last couple of seasons so I never saw him at his historical peak... maybe I'm a little too excited to see him winning again :D
