[Gnome] Catppuccin rice of Serial Experiments Lain

This is the first time I do a rice (one with which I feel comfortable with xd) and that I also publish it somewhere.

Cool rice. How did you get that neat looking bar at the top ? Did you use something like polybar ?
It's the gnome panel modifying the gnome-shell.css on the theme. You can check it out on my dotfiles
