Just think about the impossibility and implications of what it it would mean for this to be true. Dragnet wiretappping of all protests and political rallies? all police departments gave this random dude their stingray databases? mobile carrier records, app-based location tracking, or geofencing technology? data tracking consent? violations of privacy laws like GDPR (in Europe) and CCPA (in California), Stored Communications Act, maybe even fourth amendment? large-scale, warrantless tracking of citizens? whoever collected and summarized this data is hugely liable for lawsuits.

non-illegal datasets for sale will have the data anonymized so individuals could not be tracked.

I'm pretty sure that a feat would be literally impossible without access to military surveillance capabilities, NSA collaboration, or multiple telecom collaboration.

Elon Musk's sycophant is essentially admitting that we live in the surveillance state they claim China is, but also the summary of the data was just handed to him like no big deal.

He's pushing this incredibly dumb conspiracy theory without awareness that such a dataset's existence, possession, and availability is 1000x worse than some paid protesters.
