It was strange hearing them tout high resolutions and smooth gameplay when they have Wind Waker HD right there begging to be ported over.

No. It'll be a digital exclusive for owners of the Legend of Zelda edition Switch 2 (non OLED that comes with a $200 premium) that also have a Nintendo Online subscription. And this, of course, won't drop until sales of the Switch 2 start to decline.

Bet on it (I hate what Nintendo has become).

oh yeah, i forgot, my pc ran cemu just fine before my recent upgrade. I could totally play the wind waker remake.
