- Remember that there is no “right way” to implement leftist theory. This rule does not prevent academic criticism.
- Try to avoid extremely sensitive topics unless approaching them with appropriate care for intersectionality. Use your best judgement, and be prepared to provide respectable sources when having these discussions. Wikipedia is not an acceptable source in these cases.

This is that shit where your enemy has to be both the biggest moron in the world, and also some divine master mind of 4D chess.
No. He's not that fucking smart. Markets were TANKING and his handlers said "you had better fucking do something". He chickened the fuck out at the last minute.
I don’t know. You don’t have to be smart, or even brave to be an opportunistic slimeball. And it’s not like he has a track record of not being an opportunistic slimeball.
I think the most likely scenario is someone else came up with the market manipulation idea, Trump got on board because he's a piece of shit, then he pulled the tariffs earlier than planned because he caught more backlash than he expected. Those who complained were not in on the scam and those who didn't were either true believers or making their own trades.
The fact it "leaked" the day before that it was going to be paused by someone in the admin, which was immediately denied but then sure as shit the next day trump comes out and does it, SCREAMS intentional manipulation to me.
