Meanwhile libs across the country scream at how much harm reduction this is and how it's critically important that we make some steps no matter how small towards improving things and use this policy position as their main reason.
Then the Dems win and instead of implementing this policy they decide to bomb Columbia
I refuse to see it as a typo and I adamantly believe that they're going to bomb the US state of Columbia
