navigating to: Help > Steam support > My account > Data related to your Steam account > External funds used.

But does it calculate on the price you paid or the default price of the games? Because that'd make a big difference

It's total amount of funds added to the account, so it's actually price you paid in a total amount. I am ashamed of my number but I'm sure there's worse out there
