This is exactly what I called when NIOSH in Morgantown was closed (that specifically does particulate research related to black lung) and Mine Safety Inspector local branch offices were closed. They want regulations rolled back so the mine owners can profit and continue funneling money into the political parties. It's no coincidence that coal barons are now getting into politics in Southern WV.
The predictability of these policies is insane.
