Back in the early days of the pandemic, I had a bunch more time to read when I was basically prevented from working for a while. I ended up diving into a bunch of different WNs. Of those, probably my favorite Iyashikei was My House Is a Magic Power Spot ~Just by Living There I Become the Strongest in the World~.

Looking through the tags, it doesn't actually have an Iyashikei tag, but it certainly read like one. The MC is so cartoonishly OP that there are never any stakes. Because of this, most of the story is downtime, silly shenanigans as the MC basically just lounging about and playing fantasy minecraft with super apple tree powers (yes, a lot of his powers involve apple trees). It's a good time, and the WN is fully translated, so I was able to binge through it pretty quickly.
