I'd say it flips the imaginary situation on its head. This is a guy dressed as a guy complaining he can't go into the other restroom.

I don't know what the intent of the artist was, but the comic, imo, pokes at the non issue of trans folks using their correct bathrooms being invasive rather than poking at trans people.

I mean, it can be interpreted in multiple ways, but if we take it in the context of trans rights, I think it falls on the side of the idea that trans women using the women's room being a problem is ridiculous.
