Friendly PSA to try raising the head of your bed if you have any kind of sleep issues. Literally just stick a couch cushion or some old clothes under the head of the mattress to raise it a little. It costs nothing to try

If you have mild sleep apnea or acid reflux this can work wonders for you

My ENT. Went in for ear infection/my lifelong sleep issues, something prompted him to check whether I have a deviated septum (fortunately don't), and he noticed my throat has acid damage and was like "well there's your problem" lol

raising the head of your bed was step #1 in the photocopier-burnt-to-hell "So You Have Acid Reflux..." patient pamphlet they gave me
