Actually it was a little car not a stroller.

Ok, I see where the confusion is. So it's apparently called a push car:

The parent pushes it and steers it on the back of the car with this stick.

Ah, I understand. There's also versions of this type of car with a battery and a small electric motor that allow the child to "drive" at roughly the speed a grown up person would walk.
