Whats more important is that the entire thread of conversation is fucking irrelevant. You cannot just put a label on someone and say they cant have their day in court because of the label, that is literally fascism.

They’re fucking masters at using ad hominem to derail the conversation. Just look at George Floyd or Kyle Rittenhouse. With Floyd, they dragged up his entire history to justify murder. With Rittenhouse, they excused a psychopath who drove an hour and a half with the intention of killing protestors by spreading lies that his victims were pedophiles or criminals as if that retroactively justifies vigilantism.

And now they're doing it all over again. If they throw a scary enough label at this guy people will retroactively support their decision to throw out due process and send the super scary gang member off the gulag. It’s never about truth or justice. It’s about justifying state violence and empowering the people who carry it out. If they can dehumanize someone enough, suddenly due process doesn’t matter. That’s fascism.
